How much is shipping?

• Bicycles: USD 99,- (with very few exceptions)
• Forks & handlebars: USD 25,-
• Accessories & Parts: USD 15,-

How long does shipping take after I place my order?
After you make your order we need time for processing and assembly before your order is ready to ship out from our warehouse. The timeframe for this procedure is listed under each bike build and will change according to the color and size you choose for your bike. After your order is shipped out from our warehouse it is in the hands of the courier (we usually ship with Fedex but may use other curriers) on how many days it takes to be delivered to you. The usual timeframe is 7-10 working days but varies between areas. You can also see the estimated delivery date on the curriers tracking site

Can I pay extra to have my order processed/shipped faster?
We do not have an express delivery option at the moment. But you know, it will be there before you know it!

Where are our products shipped from?
They are shipped from our US warehouse in Harrisonburg, VA.

What does “Ships express within x business days” mean?
This means that the date when the bike has been assembled and packed and is handed over to the shipping courier (which is usually Fedex) is x days away. The courier then takes a few days to ship the bike from our warehouse directly to wherever you are located. You can track your bike and the estimated delivery on the courier website.

Where do you ship to?
We ship all over the world! (except, due to customs related issues we are not able to ship to Brazil, Columbia, Russia & The Philippines at this time)

How much is added tax for my country?
Taxation is different for each country. To find out how much tax will be added to your order, choose your desired product in our online store, go to checkout, insert the required contact and shipping information and then you will see the final price of the product you would like to buy. As the tax for your country is added in the purchasing process, no additional taxes or customs fees will be added when you receive the product as this cost is absorbed by the sender.
